Real ProCam Terms of Use

These terms apply to Real ProCam, an app for iPhone published by Rosen Ganev ("we"). By buying or using the app you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

One purchase, yours to keep

Real ProCam is sold as a single one-time purchase on the App Store. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no advertising. Once you have bought the app, you may use it for as long as you like on the devices signed in to your Apple Account, and you may download it again at no extra cost while it is available.

Our availability commitment

We commit to keeping Real ProCam available on the App Store for at least 12 months after the most recent purchase of the app by any customer. A copy that is already installed on your device keeps working after that.

Payments and refunds

Apple sells the app to you and processes the payment. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including any right of withdrawal.

What the app does on your device

Manual controls depend on your iPhone. Manual aperture needs a camera with a variable-aperture lens. The range of ISO values and shutter speeds, the photo resolutions and the available file formats are the ones your device and the selected lens support. The app requires iOS 27 or later.

Your photos

The photos you take are yours. They are saved to your photo library and we never receive them.

Fair use

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or that it will suit a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost photos, lost profits or indirect damage arising from the use of the app. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date. A change never takes away what you have already paid for.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, without removing the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Questions: ganev.inbox@gmail.com.
